An establishment of a medium size cast iron and ductile iron foundry unit is a major addition to our firm. The capacity of our foundry unit is 800 mt per month. Production is intended to deliver ferrous graded casting in customer specified standards.

Gfl understands the need for high quality, high strength and light weight gray iron and ductile iron casting. Gfl is well equipped to produce and supply raw and machined ductile and gray iron castings as per domestic and international standards weighing up to 1000 kg, in any shape and size. Parts could be produced in any required metal composition through induction melting process and precisely checked by ferro lab analyzer for carbon, silicon and other elements by spectrometer.

Patterns and core boxes may be developed in-house or outside. Component can be supplied fully machined condition from supporting units having a fully capable machine shop with cnc machining and measuring facilities.
